My name is Ford Rigney. My wife's name is Summer and she is an assistant principal in the area. We have a beautiful daughter named Sawyer James and a dog named Brees. I enjoy being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and doing anything sports-related. I have lived in Madison/Gluckstadt area for most of my life and attended MSU for four years. Madeline Sullivan
My name is Madeline Sullivan and I live in Brandon, Mississippi with my husband and two dogs. I currently attend the University of Mississippi Medical Center and am set to graduate from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program in May 2023. I have a love for people and real estate and work diligently to help families find their home and plant their roots here in Mississippi.
Peyton Sullivan
My name is Peyton Sullivan and I currently live in Brandon, MS with my wife. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, where I played baseball for two years. I own a construction company specializing in custom homes, land development, infrastructure, etc. I love real estate and want to help families find their perfect land and home right here in Mississippi.

Hannah Swain
My name is Hannah Swain and I live in Greenwood. After receiving a Bachelor's in Business and becoming a Registered Nurse, my love for hunting and farm photography ended up leading me to becoming a Real Estate Agent. I am now proudly serving the Delta with Residential and Land opportunities!
